It’s Scripture Sunday!
That means it’s time for me to share a little piece of scripture with you all … today, I give you Proverbs 20:24.
As I explore the book of proverbs in the bible, I am continuously delighted with all the little bits of wisdom imparted there … there are so many powerful truths included … I am in awe …
I do have to chuckle though on occasion about some things that are noted like the consequences of living with a miserable wife, for example, or the “permission” granted to use physical punishment to teach a lesson (I warned my kids … LOL)! I’m not big into spanking (though I HAVE spanked over the years and always feel terrible afterwards).
Today’s verse is an important reminder to me, as I am ALWAYS seeking to understand … to know …
I encourage you to take some time to ponder today’s verse … consider how these words from the bible might serve you today and into the week ahead …
