In a time when we’ve been presented with countless “closed doors” and endless “limited” opportunities, today, I challenge you to make a list of what we CAN (still) do … there’s a long list really, when you (actually) take a minute to think about it … here’s some possibilities to get you going …
I can give thanks.
I can fix my hair and put on a splash of makeup.
I can pray.
I can get some exercise.
I can read.
I can practice a skill.
I can learn something new.
I can create.
I can go for a drive.
I can get a good night’s rest.
I can spend time in nature.
I can focus on the present … what and who is right in front of me in THIS moment.
I can go for a walk with a friend.
I can research.
I can write.
I can play a game or make a puzzle.
I can start an initiative in my community (or contribute to something that ALREADY exists).
I can try out a new podcast.
I can call someone.
I can eat well.
I can listen to music.
I can count my blessings.
I can dream.
I can dance.
I trust you have your own list of “cans” … here’s a worksheet to help you get started with your list TODAY!

Just download, print, record your ideas, and post in a prominent place in your house to remind you again and again of all that you CAN do in a time when it seems like we “can’t” do anything …
And, of course (as always), I would love to hear from you! Reach out to me TODAY to share a few things from your “can” list …
So important in these difficult times.
