If you’ve read or listened to “Me First” or “Me First … Again” (or you’ve been reading my pieces in the local newspaper) … you know that I’m real big on caring for ourselves FIRST … I’m real big on making sure our own cups are full BEFORE serving everyone else around us …
If you’re not so big on this (but would like to be) or if you’ve let things “slide” a bit, please plan to join me for “Me First” in March.
What’s “Me First” in March?
Part One:
“Me First” in March is a chance to focus on YOU. It’s a chance to decide what’s important to YOU and ACTUALLY make time for it. Once you’ve created your “me first” and/or your “important lists” (this will be your first assignment), you’ll decide on one or two things to add in (or take away) this month. Perhaps you’ve been wanting to get out for a 15-minute walk everyday or you’ve been considering cutting back your sugar intake … maybe you’ve been wanting to finish an important project or start writing in a journal every night. It doesn’t matter WHAT it is … if it’s something YOU want … something that’s important to YOU … here is your chance to make it a priority!
I’ll be along for the ride to keep you accountable, providing helpful tools, tips, and tricks along the way!
Part Two:
“Me First” in March is ALSO a chance to learn and grow. I’ve gathered some of my best work for you to read (or listen to) and reflect upon each week. The pieces I’ve selected are arranged into three different “paths” (passion/purpose, thoughts, and time) so you can choose your own adventure this month!
Focus on one “path,” focus on two, or focus on all three … whatever you have the time and energy for this month!
I am also offering an 8-9 p.m. ZOOM meeting time once a week where we can share what we’re working on and learning about with others. I will be available to answer questions and provide support as needed … your attendance is optional, of course, but your participation is definitely an opportunity for “extra” growth and learning (and I wouldn’t want to sit ALONE in a ZOOM meeting … just saying).
The Cost?
All of the “coaching” work I do is by donation ONLY … participants donate an amount of their choosing to a charity of their choosing (*whatever they can afford is enough*). In January, $262 was donated to various charities in Saskatchewan. In February, I already have pledges exceeding $1,000 from challenge participants! Imagine what we can contribute in March!
How do I sign up?
Sign up here by Friday, February 26th, 2021. When you do, you’ll have a chance to select ONLY Part One or ONLY Part Two or Both. As soon as you sign up, I’ll send over everything you need to get set up for a successful “Me First” in March experience!

NOTE: Access to a printer this month is key to your success (so you can print and complete worksheets). If this is a hangup though, I would be happy to print everything you need and get it to you before March 1st! I don’t want ANYTHING to get in the way of your success!
