This time tracker tool can help you determine how you’re currently spending your time. As you fill in this spreadsheet with your activities, take a minute to reflect. Are you spending your time on the things that are important to you? What do you need to keep? What do you need to change?

Psst … if you don’t know what’s important to you, you should probably take some time to figure out what’s important to you first … be sure to read “The Important List” then get going on your own important list (worksheets can be found here).
