My Important List: Worksheet

If you don’t have an important list, you need to take some time (immediately) to sit down and draft an important list. First, you might want to take a minute to review my famous piece called: “The Important List” … you can find that piece here on the blog, in my first book, Our Life Well Lived: A Compilation (available here on amazon.ca), or here on the podcast.

You can tell how important this is to me … it’s EVERYWHERE!!!

Here’s the My Important List Worksheet as a PDF (just download, print, and complete):

Of course, if you find this exercise helpful, send others here! I bet they’ll benefit from deciding what’s important in their life too!

Your next step? If you haven’t already, be sure to check out “My Time Tracker” … here, you can download worksheets or make a copy of a digital file to see where your time goes. Of course, you should take some time to reflect. Are you spending your time on the things that are important to you? What do you need to keep? What do you need to change?

Once you see where your time goes, start designing your ideal week. Check out this post to learn more about designing your ideal week.
