With a new month upon us tomorrow, it seems like a great time to start a NEW challenge … I am offering a 12-Day or 28-Day Self-Care Challenge for the month of February! Sign up here by the end of the day tomorrow if you’re ready to commit to YOU!
Just pick one or two things you want to work on this month (for 12 days OR all month long), commit a $ amount of your choosing to a charity of your choosing, and let’s get going!!!
It could be something as simple as a daily walk or drinking more water or taking time to read everyday … or it could be a little harder like giving up sugar for the month or following a very specific meal plan or cultivating a relationship … what you choose to add, tweak, or “subtract” is entirely up to you!
It can be a little or a lot … but doing it together, in a challenge like this, can really keep us going!
I’ve got a couple of ideas up my sleeve!
